International Television & Media Executive
Program
The International Institute for Television Leadership has been in
partnership with industry leaders such as MDA - Media Development
Authority, ScreenWest, Alliance Atlantis and the Banff Television
Festival. We are now into our 6th year working with Canadian, US,
and international media executives. Offered in Banff, Singapore,
Australia and Europe, we have blended strong executive leadership
development elements with the practicalities and personal advice
of senior industry leaders to address those from broadcasting, production,
marketing, financial, legal, government, and more! We have a growing
group of 300+ alumni who have advanced their careers and developed
many co-production successes as a direct result of this initiative.
Samson Canada
A fast-growth gas development and production company headquartered
in Calgary, we have created a partnership to develop their executives
into an industry-leading team. This includes: 3-5 day workshops
spread throughout the year, individualized executive coaching, balanced
scorecard and performance management implementation facilitation,
HR policy consulting, 360-degree assessments and more.
Silicon Graphics Inc.
SGI's next generation of executive leaders come from around the
world to Banff, along with current senior executives from Mountain
View, California head offices for a 5.5 day session. This is preceded
by 2 months of assessment, personalized coaching, and an individual
strategic change project. The course is followed by 4-6 months of
continued coaching, new practice application, and strategic project
implementation. We are now in our 4th year of this partnership.
Roche Molecular Diagnostics
A world-leading, fast-growth company in the dynamic business of
medical diagnostics based in Pleasanton, California and operating
world wide; BEL works with the Top 100 Team to provide: semi-annual
Leadership Forum facilitation, competency-building workshops, executive
coaching, and miscellaneous OD consulting.
Indonesian Government
Entering our 6th year in this partnership BEL has provided executive
leadership development to the top cadre of Indonesian government
leaders both in Banff and Jakarta including: empowerment, team and
change leadership, transparency, and outcomes-based multi-level
government collaboration. Recently we completed a train-the-trainer
effort, certifying 32 facilitators of our first module program,
translated it into Bahasa, then supervised the successful delivery
to 500+ senior leaders from Regional and Local governments across
their country.
Global Training & Development
Dubai, Oman, Mauritius
Working with our local partners, we are developing the next generation
of senior leaders from business, government, and NGO's in United
Arab Emirates, Oman, and Southern India. We provide a full curriculum
of practical leadership programming, adapted to the local culture
and integrating regional business case studies.
Rahbaran Petrochemical Company
Now into our 5th year, Rahbaran and BEL have together built outdoor
challenge facilities, creativity/innovation studios, trained leading
Iranian artists as co-faculty, and delivered a variety of executive
programs in Tehran. Participants include senior executives from
the petrochemical industry, telecom, automotive and government sectors
working to become more globally competitive.
